Originally there was an issue with a giftcard that came with the flowers that I ordered. After I told them of this problem they more that made up for it with a better giftcard and more flowers for my girlfriend. I will always use Bentley Florist in the future.

My aunt died, who lived in MI. I live in MS, this was on a sunday, the funeral was on tuesday and I needed a plant ASAP. I use Bentley online service the plant arrived on monday. Bentley sent an e-mail to let me know when it had arrived. The family said it was a beautiful plant. I will use Bentley Florist again.
