I have always used ACE Floral to send flowers to my mother in NW Indiana. We have been pleased with the promptness of arrangement and delivery of the flowers. Prices are reasonable. I wish that the flowers delivered were exactly what is pictured on the website. Most times there are substitutions for various flowers that I think are going to be in the arrangement. I understand that every flower is not always in season, however when I pick a 'winter arrangement' in January one would think that the flowers pictured would be available and used. The arrangement that she received was nice and close to what was pictured, but not quite. With that said, I am overall satisfied with Ace Floral and will continue to order through them.

I didn't see the arrangement in person, only in a picture as I wasn't able to attend the funeral, however my brother told me it was beautiful. He liked it so well that he took it home to preserve it. Thank you for doing such a nice arrangement.
