A photo of the plant was sent to me and it was pretty. Although I paid for a balloon, no balloon was included in the order and this change was not discussed as the previous change was. Would I use this florist again, Yes.

The images were very clear. The website was easy to maneuver around and find the perfect arrangement. My friend called and let me know that the flowers were beautiful. The recipient was having phone issues and the florist ended up calling me to ask if they could leave the flowers at the house. I thought it was nice that they checked with me.

I wanted to surprise a special someone at school. I was hoping to find daffodils, but found out very quickly that they extremely out of season. Where I lacked in floral knowledge, the florist was exceptionally helpful. I wound up with a beautiful bouquet delivered right on time at a reasonable price. And this all happened despite only ordering the bouquet just a few short hours before the delivery. Best of all, that special someone was totally surprised! :) Good job
