I sent a special request to a friend who just had surgery. I wanted pink carnations. I got a phone call saying they did not have any pink carnations but they could get them for me the next day and asked if I wanted to do something else or wait. I wanted those pink carnations and they came through for me with flying colors. They delivered as promised and my friend was thrilled. I couldn't ask for more than that. The people who work there are professional and very easy to deal with and quite plainly very lovely.
