I am very pleased with the service you gave to me after I reported that the flowers which had been delivered to me were knocked over by the wind. When I called about this I was told the flowers would be replaced the next morning. I was not here when they were delivered but my daughter was and she was very impressed with the person who brought them and the flowers are beautiful. Thank you for doing this and I have told my son in Massachusetts who sent them how satisfied I am with the flowers.

I receive arramgements on holidays and for my birthday from my son in Ma and the one I received from your company this week is by far the most beautiful one he has sent. The flowers were fresh and the lilies (I do not know the proper name from them) were such an unusual color and the roses have slowly opened. We have used Always An Occasion Florist for years. My husband's parents are in Venice for the winter and we always send flowers for her birthday. Then we go down for vacation and send more when we leave. We love the service they give us and the flowers are always beautiful and last a long time.

I bought the flowers for my Mom for Valentine's Day she said they were beautiful. I probably won't buy them again only do to the expense. It cost me 75.00 I think that is a little high. I would be willing to spend up to $50.00 encluding tax and delivery charge.
