The flowers were beautiful and everything was perfect, except for the delivery! I received them a day late when they were supposed to arrive on Valentine's day. Not a big deal, but to some it could be.

Altho I live in Mongolia, I was able to select a plant from your shop and have it delivered the same day I ordered it on the internet! Altho you did not have the plant we requested, you substituted an equally suitable plant. The recipient was delighted and 3 weeks later, reports that the plant continues to bloom and thrive. above and beyond. My dad gave me the wrong info and the flowers went to the wrong hospital, when we finally realized that they had gone to the wrong hospital, you sent someone to pick them up and take them to the correct one. Thank you sooooo much!!! I will deffinately order again
