The flowers I ordered for my grandma's 79th birthday were lovely. However, they were scheduled for delivery on 12/12 (her birthday) yet were delivered on 12/9 and rather than calling me for help finding her house, Bartz called Grandma instead, which ruined the surprise factor. I was surprised and disappointed by these things.

I picked an arrangement from your website to have delivered to my mother after her knee surgery (I'm in North Carolina). The style I picked was based on the colors, type of flowers, type of vase etc shown- they were very bright, cheery colors. The arrangement delivered was anything but. While I realize they promise an arrangement 'similiar' when substitutions have to be made for out of season flowers or out of a certain color, I was still expecting the overall shape of the arrangement to be like the picture. Instead it was very uneven and no where near the shape of arrangement shown on line, and it wasn't even in the same vase. When I called to express my disappointment I received poor customer service, with the only solution offered was to pick up the flowers and credit my account. No offer to redo and send a better arrangement. Very disappointed indeed!

I am totally impressed with the follow thru of the Bartz personnel due to the fact that i had chosen the wrong day for the delivery and based on the card wording they called me to verify the expected delivery date and I truely appreciate that or I would have been a week late.

I've always used Bartz Floral and the flowers themselves have always been beautiful but for the last two purchases, I requested balloons with the orders and neither time were they included. I was credited the first time and advised a credit would post for my most recent purchase in early September but have contacted them twice now and still have not received a credit to my card or a check. Disappointed.

I wasnt entirely happy with the final outcome of the bouquet of flowers I ordered. After looking at a picture of the floweres that were delivered, they didnt seem as full as the advertisement revealed. The floweres were very beautiful, I just wish there were more of them in the bouquet. However, the recipient was very happy, surprised, & thrilled with the flowers, which is all that matters.

my mom is still enjoying the flowers from her b-day, she culled the dying blooms resized and rearranged those that were left. i am so happy to have found a hometown florist that gives you what you pay for rather than a nat'l chain (whose web pix mislead you) mom was thrilled and also pleased that the flowers came from Bartz!!! thanks, you'll hear from me on mom's day, b-day and Valentine's day

The plant was beautiful, thank you! I was a bit surprised that when I got to the check out screen the cost had gone from $35 to almost $50 because of different fees. I was expecting tax, of course, and a delivery fee, but I wasn't expecting almost $15 worth of fees. However, the service was great and it was delivered on time, so thank you!
