I have been using Beau Villa in Beaumont for years, and you have always given excellent service. My mother was very happy with the peace lily she received for mother's day, and although the chocolates ordered were left out of the order, she did receive them the next business day, and that is the first time there has ever been a small hiccup with our orders, so I am still rating you a 5!
