My friend cried when she received them even though she had hours to live!! she opened her eyes and saw how beautiful they were,and her daughter read the card to her. I am rating 4 instead of 5 only because I did not see the arrangement being that I am out of state. If I just rate on the ordering experience & ease of it I give it a 5.
