Flower arrangement looked just like what was ordered online (I sent a picture of the arrangement to the sender). The roses held up very well and bloomed perfectly and stayed fresh for several days.

Very good. They were impressed with the arrangement, which arrived on time. I received a followup email the following afternoon, which made me wonder if the arrangement was sent the day AFTER the funeral. It would have been preferable for the email to mention approximately when the delivery was made.

Service is great. I am military and having flowers sent to someone in NOLA when I'm stationed in Virginia, I never get to see the flowers in person but they look great. I drop it to three stars though because I am very unhappy with the price. Half my order is for them to walk the flowers down a couple houses on the same street and give them to her. It should be a radial charge of distance from shop, not a flat delivery rate. I don't like that half the outrageous amount of money I pay is for greatly increased shop 'taxes' and erroneous delivery fees.

Our two flower orders were in your neighborhood, and we saw your shop and wrote down your number and ordered our flowers. One on line, the other by phone. I guess, I was a little suprised that it would have been cheaper to just call you directly and not use the internet. My Mom and my sister were florists and I always prefer to find a simpatico florest to talk to directly and get what I really want. That said, I ordered your special arrangement and my client actually sent me a photo of it and it was even better that what you posted on the web site. I would definately use you again, but would talk to you directly. Great web site though. very professional.
