I am giving Conner's a 5 even though there was a little problem with the bouquet I received initially. We've always used Conner's and have always been extremely satisfied. They were quick to send out a second, absolutely beautiful bouquet and even issued a credit. The problem was apparently due to an inexperienced part-time driver that allowed the first bouquet to tip over in the vehicle. Thanks Conner's - you got class!!

The flowers were ordered for my mother's birthday to arrive a day early. I ordered them online as a covenience since I live out of town. CONNER'S didn't receive the order until after the fact. So I will not be using the online network to order again, I will be calling direct. CONNER'S was very swift in getting the order out as soon as possible and even upgraded the order. And although it was delivered a day after my mother's birthday, she was very pleased and the pictures she sent me were a huge bouquet of beautiful, colorful spring flowers. I ordered from CONNER'S because of their reputation and customer service and they came through. Thanks so much CONNER'S for handling this snafu in a professional manner. I'll be calling you direct next time I need to order flowers.
