Shortly after placing the order online, I got a call from the florist. They were out of the fig tree but asked if I'd like to replace it with something else. I was SO IMPRESSED! With an online order it would have been possible just to send the alternate without even talking to me. I love the personal service I got even though I used the online ordering system. I will use them again!
