I'm certain the arrangement was lovely although I didn't see it. Unfortunately I didn't hear any feedback from anyone who attended the funeral. The only suggestion I have is maybe to send confirmation email to the buyer (could even be automated) that the arrangement has been delivered. Will order from Country Store again. Thank you.
