Manager was very helpful. She was professional, prompt, pleasant, personable..........perfect! The recipient of the plant was so pleased. She was an elderly lady who had had two pacemakers put in during the prior week. One did not work and she had to have another put in....with only a small bit of pain medication. She could not have anesthesia. So the plant was much appreciated, very pretty. It was a plant with a lovely angel in it. Thanks so much to the manager and to the shop. A great establishment. I will use this shop's service again. Thank you.

I ordered from them the same day I wanted delivery and they did their best to make it happen, even offering to deliver to recipient's home after hours because recipient wasn't at work. Excellent customer service!

I was traveling threw Western Md. and stopped at Rock Gap . A young woman was sitting flowers on tables for a wedding .So I peaked in . They were beautiful ! So I asked her ,where they came from and she said Flower Patch . I got one of her cards and now I'm buying only from her for my friends & family . I travel to Cumberland often to visit friends their . Beautiful work is all I can say . The owner was sitting up everything herself , real dedication . Next time I'm in town I'll stop at her shop to buy & say hello .
