I requested that the pink ribbon be left off the vase. Both the pink ribbon and the orange ribbon were left off the vase, so there was no ribbon at all. Vase looked bare. The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the picture on the website, different vase, various flowers were not included.

originally the wrong floral arrangement was delivered. The first arrangement had reds, and yellows and purple flowers. My signature flower is white roses. i called and a new arrangment was dilivered the next day that exceeded my expectations.
